We understand that things can come up unexpectedly, and we appreciate you letting us know as soon as possible if you are unable to attend your appointment. To ensure fairness for all our patients and to make the best use of our clinicians’ time, the following cancellation policy applies to all scheduled appointments at Canberra Neurology.

More than 48 hours’ notice – No fee applies.

Within 48 hours of your appointment  – A cancellation fee of $200 will apply.

Within 24 hours of your appointment  – The full appointment fee will be charged.

Did Not Attend (DNA) –  If you are not present at your scheduled appointment when your clinician is ready to see you, the full appointment fee will be charged regardless of the reason.
