Dr Shuyu Wang is a consultant neurologist with subspecialty expertise in epilepsy. She graduated from Monash University and completed her specialist neurology training across Alfred Health, Northern Health and Austin Health in Melbourne. She subsequently undertook a three-year fellowship at the Bladin-Berkovic Comprehensive Epilepsy Program at Austin Health, gaining advanced experience in both adult and paediatric epilepsy. 

Dr Wang has a particular interest in the genetics of epilepsy and is completing a PhD at the University of Melbourne focused on advancing precision therapies for rare and severe genetic epilepsies, supported by a prestigious National Health and Medical Research Council Postgraduate Scholarship.
