Dr Sasi Selvadurai achieved her Fellowship in Geriatric Medicine at Canberra Hospital. She has been working here as a staff specialist since 2014.

She has a wide range of experience in diagnosis and management of complex geriatric syndromes, including cognitive and capacity assessments.

Falls prevention measures, movement disorders (Parkinson’s disease) and optimising medication profiles form a part of her work.

Focus on healthy ageing and wellbeing, improving functional, nutritional and psychosocial aspects.

She also facilitates goals-of-care decisions and comfort care measures / palliative care management.

She brings together aspects of her field of practice with a focus to maintain quality of life and dignity of patients with frailty and chronic health conditions.

Dr Selvadurai’s focus at Canberra Neurology will be in the Memory Clinic and managing Parkinson’s disease.
